- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do flat rate pricing regardless of the training issues with a small travel fee for traveling beyond my 20 mile home radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get some basic information about the problem on the phone and the next step is to schedule an in person consultation. We will speak in great detail about the problem behavior or training goals and I will go over relationship building as well as training and also give some management strategies to help immediately while we go through the training process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator,a graduate of Robin Mcfarlane’s Ecademy as well as taken assorted other courses from trainers that I admire.I enjoy learning from others and try to add to my knowledge base regularly.
