Very responsive when I reached out. Once he arrive on the job, he knew exactly how to troubleshoot to get to the issues I was having. Gave multiple options of how he can assist with upgrades if needed. As well as he kept me updated/informed with every step of the troubleshooting and what he’s doing to fix the issue! And he also made changes to mitigate issues in the future, and offer warranty on items he changed. Great experience.
