I was contacted shortly after I placed the request on Thumbtack. Greg was willing to come over that afternoon, but I chose to have him come the next day. He arrived first thing in the morning and was able to diagnose the problem with my outlets very quickly. He replaced 5 outlets in total and made sure the problem would not happen again. Three of the outlets required him squeezing behind a desk and cabinets and even so, the job was done quickly with a very reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone and will using him in the future if I have new electrical problems.

Very responsive when I reached out. Once he arrive on the job, he knew exactly how to troubleshoot to get to the issues I was having. Gave multiple options of how he can assist with upgrades if needed. As well as he kept me updated/informed with every step of the troubleshooting and what he’s doing to fix the issue! And he also made changes to mitigate issues in the future, and offer warranty on items he changed. Great experience.
