FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No most companies do, but I need a few questions answered mostly material. I'm sorry but I rather give my customer the proper price the first time with no hidden fees. Our estimates come extremely close to final cost, if tbe price is off then it was a leak or something unpredictable before the wall was removed or the subfloor was exposed and construction will be stopped until you witnessed it understand and wish to move forward. And if that's the case I work with you financially and also figure the cheapest solution which most of the time is somewhere around $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple, I like to set a time and date convenient for them so I may stop by and perform a proper estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do hace a Two year college degree in construction technology, but honestly everything I have learned were from master Carpenter's my father may he rest in peace, and my 72 yr old grandfather who is a stubborn Italian and will never quit be just builds custom furniture.
