FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run our costs through a computer program that helps us calculate how much a project will cost. We do this so we can eliminate hidden costs as well as be able to provide the customer with an itemized estimate that they can discuss with us before we agree on a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a consultation in which Anthony takes measurements and records exactly the needs of the customer. He also provides guidance as needed. Then, Anthony compiles an itemized estimate. Next, Elizabeth puts a proposal together with an estimated start and finish date. If the customer agrees to the price and project plan, Elizabeth will draw up the contract. Once it is signed, the work can begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elizabeth is college educated, and has many years experience with writing, proposals, and working with others. She is trained in the latest technology, and she is a quick learner. Anthony has 10 years of on the job training in every stage of the building process. What he doesn’t know, he educates himself. For example, he set out to repair a boiler, so he spent a day learning everything he could about boilers and he was able to repair it the following day.
