It was great learning about what exactly has been going on with our AC unit, why it functioned a certain why, a thorough explanation on the best options for replacement, as well as provided plausible solutions for how to get the best use of an ac unit. VistaChill Cooling installed the AC. It’s my almost new 2021 Frigidaire 12000 BTU AC that I asked to be installed. I sent my request, and by the next day they accepted. The appointment time was 6pm. However 6pm turned into 10:15pm arrival because he doesn’t have reliable service installers. Communication was also a disappointment. I didn’t know what happened until I text him. It was hours and hours later. Then he installed my AC leaning too far down. I had to call PC Richard to double check the quality of the install bc he never returned my text/call. I’m writing this review 5 days after the install and do you think they responded to my concern? Nope. I tried to be positive. Would you like someone installing 4 hours late? At night? It is a shame.
