VistaChill Cooling installed the AC. It’s my almost new 2021 Frigidaire 12000 BTU AC that I asked to be installed. I sent my request, and by the next day they accepted. The appointment time was 6pm. However 6pm turned into 10:15pm arrival because he doesn’t have reliable service installers. Communication was also a disappointment. I didn’t know what happened until I text him. It was hours and hours later. Then he installed my AC leaning too far down. I had to call PC Richard to double check the quality of the install bc he never returned my text/call. I’m writing this review 5 days after the install and do you think they responded to my concern? Nope. I tried to be positive. Would you like someone installing 4 hours late? At night? It is a shame.
