Our process is simple and designed to make things as easy as possible for you from day one: Step 1 — Free Walkthrough & Consultation We schedule a quick walkthrough of your space at a time that works for you — usually within 24 to 48 hours of first contact. This lets us see the square footage, layout, specific areas that need attention, and any special requirements your building has. No commitment needed at this stage. Step 2 — Custom Quote Based on the walkthrough we put together a clear, flat-rate quote tailored to your space and how frequently you need service. No hidden fees, no vague estimates — you know exactly what you're paying before anything starts. Step 3 — You Review & Approve We walk you through the quote, answer any questions, and adjust the scope if needed. You're in full control of what's included. We don't pressure you into services you don't need. Step 4 — We Build Your Cleaning Plan Once approved we create a customized cleaning checklist specific to your property — every area, every task, every visit. This becomes the standard your dedicated crew follows every single time so nothing gets missed. Step 5 — Service Begins We show up on the scheduled day, on time, with our own supplies and equipment. After the first clean we follow up directly to make sure everything met your expectations and adjust anything if needed. Step 6 — Ongoing Communication You always have a direct line to us. No call centers, no voicemail black holes. If something needs attention between scheduled visits — we handle it fast. Most new clients go from first contact to first cleaning within one week. We make the process smooth because we know you're busy running a building or business — that's exactly why you need us.
