- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make them understand what it is we are there to do and the steps were going to take to eradicate their issue. The customer needs to be on the same page as we are. Once they understand what it is they are hiring us to do, we get to work answering any questions they have along the way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, business owners, restaurants, management companies, landlords, hotels, motels, nursing homes, etc.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do a 315 unit building that had the worst case of roaches we’d ever seen. Within a month the roaches were knocked down by about 90 percent. Still our greatest achievement.
