Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing help with pestcontrol issues. We had a mice issue and James was awesome. Super communicative before the visit, came exactly on time and was super thorough in looking around our entire apartment for entry points and providing treatment. We had tried to DIY some gap closures but James found way more and even pulled out our appliances to look deep behind nooks and crannies. He also gave us some traps that did work versus the ones we had. Just night and day having someone who knows what they’re doing provide clarity. Also felt the pricing was very fair / far less than quoted by some other people.
Overall just felt a sense of relief after James’s visit, he was a great guy who answered all our questions (including a couple follow ups over text), and was so careful with our space. Would happily ask for his services again and recommend to anyone.

James is amazing at his work. The first ever time we hired him to do pestcontrol at our newly purchased house, he helped detect a gas leak! Safe today, he’s been hired ever since :) He’s been punctual and courteous. We haven’t seen any pests in the basement since we’ve hired him and he continues to adapt to our requirements. He is proactive with the medication. Would highly recommend him!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make them understand what it is we are there to do and the steps were going to take to eradicate their issue. The customer needs to be on the same page as we are. Once they understand what it is they are hiring us to do, we get to work answering any questions they have along the way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, business owners, restaurants, management companies, landlords, hotels, motels, nursing homes, etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do a 315 unit building that had the worst case of roaches we’d ever seen. Within a month the roaches were knocked down by about 90 percent. Still our greatest achievement.
