- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there is a cost as that cost can change from job to job it's best to see the work needing to be preformed to better understand now if we come to your home to consult we have a fee that is discounted back if we do the job . we have a messure and knowledge service that we come and sit with you and see what would be a good selection and durable product based on what you expenses are for the project. it is a hourly rate and you have the comfort knowing were here so you have all the knowledge you need to make the best choice and if you wish we can move forward and you can receive a quote from us or shop around but we at Universal Field now your ready .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out it most people are miss lead in past so I like the client to understand what will be involved from what I'm told over the phone. Most cases I like to help with some info but honestly booking a messure with use so we come and sit with you and talk so you have that one to one because let's face it our money is hard to make so we want you to get all its worth for your project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are involved in the traing course's givin from the district Council of Carpenters and Joiners of America and are always involved in any and all seminars givin in the field
