Great team of people to work with. Nelson review the job and offer an estimate, and proposed other ideas to complete the garage door replacement in the most secure and long lasting way. Although Nelson mainly supervised, he was totally involved in the process from start to end. The installer were respectful and amicable and interacted with me answering my questions. I also like to mention that communication was great and responses to my messages were very quick. Finally at my request they removed the old door and other debris since my town’s summers period of collecting that type of garbage had ended. Price wasn’t drop bottom but according with the amount and quality of work they did I consider it was a fair price. I would contact them in the future for any other related issues and will recommend them to my friends and family. I’m very satisfied with their work and general knowledge.

I am an avid do it yourselfer and I have learned from experience that some tasks are better suited to professionals who are familiar with certain installations. While a garage door may seem simple, the mechanisms have become more complex and it was worth it to have my new garage door installed correctly. When I sent out my request for an installer (with all of the specifics I compiled), Nelson was the only installer to ask questions and then come by later that day to have a look. The estimate was very fair and he even recommended a better alternative to the door I have picked. Installation went very well, and I want to point out that my home is over 100 years old. The garage is detached, but it needed some additional internal modifications for the new door. This was done at no extra charge. I thoroughly recommend Nelson and his team and I strongly suggest you allow him to evaluate your installation needs. You can't go wrong with his work ethic and extremely professional team.

J&M did a great job replacing the old door at my new house. Now I can easily get in/out of my home through my garage. As a bonus they helped me remove some rusty shelves in the garage. Not necessary for the door but I greatly appreciated their help with that.
