- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lets start by saying that we value our customers, they are very important to us. Even with the smallest project we will be fair and honest. We are very confident in our work and we want to provide good customer service, we will do our best to work with your budget in every way possible, but we will not lower our quality standards just to get the job. For your benefit we utilize an upfront pricing policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will see your job in person. All our verbal estimates are free of charge now. We will listen carefully to your instructions, expectations and work with your budget. We will analyze, advise and explain in detail what we can do for your project. Look at possibilities of savings, "without compromising quality or safety We will take every detail into consideration and give you a verbal quote for you to consider Finally, when we reach a mutual agreement, we will present a detailed written proposal.
