If ordered that day, a $50 credit will be reserved for any future staging service. Full- or half-day staging and redesign services usually last for up to 8 hours. A half-day session would be ideal for homes 2000 square feet or smaller that need a little attention, while a full-day session is for homes over 2000 square feet that could benefit from some major changes. This services can also be used for an upgraded, stylish look on your new home upon moving. A Stylish Stagers, Inc. consultant will work with the plan that was developed during consultation, that would transform key rooms for your home. We implement our design plan with your furniture and accessories first. More accessory items may be needed for purchase to project the best look for your home; of course, we will consider your budget. Just before the end of the day, we will review our Stylish Stagers, Inc. action plan to help you complete the look of the room. The plan will recommend further improvements to rooms that we were unable to change to ensure staged success. We will also email you a do-it-yourself guide; this will help you conquer any unfinished projects that will make a huge difference in the value of your home. Here are the services that we offer: * New listing or open house staging weekend — This offer includes completed action plan. Why don't you start with a great first impression? This service is designed for homes newly listed on the market or ready to have an open house.
