I am competitive with my peers. I believe in being fair. My warranties tend to be longer than most.

If we are discussing a major project, I like to move slowly through the process and do my best to educate my clients.

I finished my HVAC courses from APEX Technical School, Queen, NY. I got Universal EPA certification.
