A difficult project with a lot of unknowns. It’s an old farmhouse with layers of quick fixes, which was all they could afford at the time. Joe took it on and they turned a mess into a beautiful, solid floor, with a new sink cabinet, also reworking a wooden table to fit a new cooktop. He was careful with his measurements and appreciative of the old character of the place.
