Being able to supply customers with what they want at affordable prices. The job is done right in a timely, professional manner. I have not only seen but also worked for companies that did the bulk of the job and received the big paycheck but ignored coming back to fine tune the little discrepancies. We take pride in our work and complete the job from start to finish. Supplying the customer with what they want and maintaining a great relationship. Its a good feeling knowing that you have done a great job for someone and that they are happy with the results. Brian did painting and put down a stair runner for us. He was very responsive and worked around our busy toddler and baby schedule which was so appreciated. Worth every penny!

It was great working with Brian, he installed 500' of chainlink fence on a mountain road, where many did not want it installed. He endured constant questioning and abuse, but handled it professionally. He even installed barbed wire for the first time. Great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system varies. There are many variables involved in pricing. Is it a 2 story structure? Is the customer supplying material? Is it a single or double layered roof being demoed? The only standard pricing that could be given is the square footage on various projects and hourly rate jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Seeing what the customer wants and giving them the finished product. All to often contractors now a days get in and get out without the client being satisfied. We give great prices and great quality work done to the customers specifications. We want happy, repeat customers and good word of mouth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attention to detail was instilled in me in the USMC, that and being a hard worker. I've been doing all phases of construction from machine operating to laborer to carpentry for 30 years.
