- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing really depends on the job because there are many factors to consider when estimating. We like to give accurate estimates and set proper expectations for our clients so they have a realistic idea of the cost and can plan accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client reaches out, we book an in-person appointment at your project's site for us to understand what you're looking for and get an estimate together for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 9 years of experience in the construction field and growing, we have expertise and a primary focus on rehabilitating/restoring, and renovating old homes. I was a certified code enforcement officer for a local municipality in New York which allows me to recognize violations and provides knowledge of the permitting process. The network of contractors who work for me are skilled in the many different trades within the industry (Framing and finish carpenters, painters, tile layers, etc.)
