Hire them! We this company to put on a new roof for my mom's home because they explained the process, gave a competitive quote without sacrificing needed quality and common sense. They were one of the first to give an estimate and to schedule an on-site evaluation. Professional and proactive about pointing out things we did not even think of as needed - No-pressure approach, not trying to get us to add on anything, just showing us what they recommended.

Royal was very professional, friendly, prompt, quick, pretty much all of the things you want when looking to hire a professional for your home. His quote was the most reasonable we received while not sacrificing any skill level. Great warranties offered which made us feel really comfortable. All of his men were very friendly and even after we had "one of the worst roofs he's seen in 30 years" they were all pleasant when the job took more time and effort than they expected due to the condition of our flat roof.
