Mitch was a great resource. I called Mitch to ask him some questions about possible amendments to my 2015 tax return. Mitch spent 20 minutes with me talking through my options all before agreeing to a fee for his services or formal contract. In the end we determined that his services may not benefit me greatly and explained what alternative steps to take. If I ever need this help again in the future I will definitely seek out his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependent on the individual situation. However, most prices points are below outside rates. Most activity is flat rate, but dependent on what type of return, and complexity, or number of employees. Basic Personal returns can range from $100 -$250 for basic, with increases for added forms, and complexity Business returns range from $250 - $1,000, dependent on a number of factors Payroll processing starts at $75 per month for up to 2 employees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss (thru email or phone) the situation, and the needs. I can make some immediate recommendations, as well as take time to consider other options. Then the work is sent to me, and we continue talking as it is concluded. This service is all included in the fee for preparing your tax return, or setting up your payroll service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in taxation, and over 15 years of experience, preparing thousands of returns of all types. Having a payroll process with highly skilled back office people, knowledgeble on every situation in all 50 states
