Frank and his team are extremely capable of tackling big jobs. What started as work repairing a concrete patio turned into work on our foundation and pool coping. I consulted an independent engineer who agreed with the work and fairness of price of foundation fixes. A very responsive and smart group of workers whom we will defintely rehire to do work on the front of our house in the near future!

I had a small piece of the foundation cracked off, mostly cosmetic, not structural, that needed repair.

Division One Builders not only responded within minutes of my job posting, but gave a very fair price immediately. On Christmas day no less. They didnt turn it into a big job to boost the price. Was here the next morning, stuck with his estimate, made the repair and it came out great.

I would definitely hire them for any job u need done!

Dennis not only took on my project earlier than expected but finished my back patio project in 2 days out of the projected 3. Who doesn’t like efficiency!!! He gave me a reasonable quote and worked with us on a payment plan throughout. They did an amazing job on redoing our back patio concrete slab and I’m so excited to continue with the rest of my project. Will be using them again.

Water was seeping into my finished basement, causing panic because the source was unknown. Dennis stepped in to take over a job that had been started incorrectly by another mason, which speaks volumes about his willingness to rectify others' mistakes. He excavated two sides of my house and applied waterproofing down to the foundation. I'm confident that even a swimming pool's worth of water poured against the foundation wouldn't penetrate the house after they finished. Dennis also resolved an issue with a window well that was accumulating water. Surprisingly, the window well turned into a work of art, inspiring me to replace my old patio with a new one. The level of detail in his work is unparalleled. These are individuals who are passionate about their craft and excel at it. You're sure to be satisfied! I will definitely be a returning customer!
