- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business operating hours are from Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm & Sunday Closed. Any after hours appointments booked at 6:00pm or later OR before 9:00am Monday through Friday and/or booked at 3:00pm or later OR before 9:00am on Saturday will be charged a $10 off-hours surcharge. Sunday requests can be taken as well with an off hours fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dog walking - How does It Work? If you've never had a dog walker before, it's a very strange concept to grasp! Here's some information that will give you a better understanding of the process. 1. MEET & GREET It is required to set up a complimentary meet & greet prior to your booking. This way we can come to your home, meet each other, your pup, and discuss any questions you have! 2. Join our app You will be sent an email to join our Paw Nanny app! Here you can log into your profile and fill out any necessary information that we'll need to know about your home and your pup. It's free to use and you'll be able to directly book appointments as well as reference all your upcoming and past bookings. 3. Book an appointment Now you're ready for your first visit! We'll have all the necessary info we need to make sure your pup has a fun and safe experience!
