Luan came on time and was ready to work. I had three outlets that were not working and two that needed updating. He tested and knew exactly what needed replacing and the correct upgrade up to code. And he explained the process and cost so there were no surprises. I can't say enough what a great and clean job he did and the rates were very reasonable.

Had a terrific experience. Booked an estimate visit for a Saturday which was already hugely helpful and a leg up over other electricians I contacted. Free estimate in within Greater New York Area. For emergencies we charge a service call fee plus service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reply to the request ASAP and listen to the request and work with the budget of the client, although for emergencies process is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade classes and I have an engineer and project manager working with me.
