Updated review: 10/10 recommend. Not only did the owner take the time to read my review and understand why my I left the review I did; he gave me a full refund. I’m not giving a 5 star review because I got all my money back but because of the attention the owner has. He took the time to reach out to me and provide a full explanation on why and how his service works. This is a company who cares about their customers and not just money.

Overall a good company. Knowledgeable and fast working but I do feel as if I wasted money on something that didn’t work. The traps set were not for the animals that needed to get trapped. The animals would go in and come right back out without getting trapped. I was refunded a very small amount compared to what I paid; due to them not being able to help me. No fault of my own but definitely still a good company.

I was completely bailed me out. I had a dead animal in the shed and I reached out on Thumbtack and he showed up that same afternoon, removed the animal and cleaned the area. I was relieved to have same day service and the situation remedied immediately.

​"If you have a pest problem, call Alex. We were dealing with a squirrel infestation (5 of them!) in our attic, and he took care of it efficiently. Would use again! Super knowledgable and responsive. We had squirrels getting into our wall and it was my first time ever dealing with a situation like that. Supra came out right away, communicated clearly, and over the course of the following week resolved the issue completely for us. It required many trips to our house as they successfully trapped the animals and they were there promptly and always so pleasant. I recommend their service!
