- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For renovation projects I price by the day plus materials. Handyman projects I price by the hour plus materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we talk I get a brief description of the project to see if it's a service I do. Than I schedule a site visit for me to come by and see the job site. During the job site visit I get a more detailed description of the project . I tell them a little bit about me and my company. I take my measurements. Within a week I email a detailed estimate. Followed up by a phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in residential construction. I started out as a labor and worked my way up the ranks. 18 years ago I started Dalimonte Construction.
