We shopped several cleanup crews before deciding to hire Lug Monsters to clean my mothers’ hoarder house after she was no longer able to care for herself. I was amazed at their professionalism, compassion and sensitivity during the entire cleanup. This was an emotionally charged process and they demonstrated the utmost professionalism before, during and after the entire cleanup. The team even set aside family photos they came across and returned them to us. Marlon was easy to communicate with, SUPER accommodating and kept us well informed at all times on timeline and cost during the entire process. I could not have expected a better outcome. The team made an emotionally and physically taxing process much more bearable. I definitely recommend using Lug Monsters for all your cleanup jobs.
