- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very upfront and we will NEVER change a quoted price to anyone. We are also an A rated business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well our first priority is getting to know the customers needs, which is ultimately the most important part, then figure out a budget and a timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We as a franchise went thru a rigorous franchise training at the Augusta headquarters in Washington State for a week plus there are ongoing training every week
