Sean has deep knowledge about fitness and is a positive motivator. I'm a 74 y.o. with some health issues that he has worked around and we've made a great deal of progress. But his clientele also includes younger people whom I see working with him as well. He's friendly and organized and has helped me rebuild some of the strength I had years ago.

I trained with Sean for a month with a goal of dropping 10 pounds and building strength. Seans training and encouragement pushed me through my limits, further than I would have done on my own, and I dropped 13 pounds while building strength, stamina and muscle tone. When I met with Sean for a consultation at LifeTime we discussed my goals to improve my balance, bone health and range of motion in my shoulder. Sean worked with me to develop an individual program to help me achieve those goals. We worked together for eight months, during which time my strength, balance and range of motion in my shoulder were much improved. As our time working together drew to an end, Sean changed up our routine to make sure that he left we with an exercise program that I could continue on my own. I highly recommend Sean if youre looking for a personal trainer.
