- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing a sprinkler system it’s very difficult to give a estimate without actually seeing the property. There are factors that involve the pricing. For example you must know what type of water pressure, size of your main, size of property and what exactly that you want watered. I can give you a around and about estimate but unless I come see your property I cannot give a complete final pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain to customer exactly how and what it intel’s when getting a new installation. Educating your customer is a must.
