Introduction

I provide personalized yoga sessions for private or semi-private clients. The sessions are tailored to your goals, and all you need is a quiet space and open mind! Mats and props are available for rent if needed. I currently teach at Balance Yoga and Healing Arts Center in Huntington Station, for Bethpage UFSD's Continuing Education program, and I provide in-home sessions to private clients. When the weather is nicer, I also provide yoga tea parties where groups of people get together to practice outside and then have a picnic or tea party after to relax with friends. I love helping others reach their wellness goals through simple, yet effective lifestyle changes and fun sessions that fit their needs.

I am currently working towards earning my 500-hour certification through Absolute Yoga in Woodbury, and I am always taking continuing education for maintaining my RD credential.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga changed my life for the better in almost every way, I hope to show that to my clients to help them reap the benefits as well.
