John and his crew are truly outstanding in every area. John transformed our 1950’s basement into a modern masterpiece. John comes by the job on a daily basis and will address any questions and concerns that you may have. He provided us with multiple options and above all he is professional, honest, and keeps his word. If you want a worry free project, you should call John and his crew. John treated us like family and was extremely knowledgeable and genuine. My wife Liza and I could not be more satisfied with the results and great price. John and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. His team was professional, on time, responsive, and they even did little odds and ends around my house when they noticed something didn’t look right (like fixing a baseboard and caulking gaps). We already are working with John on our next project.

This contractor (John Satiro) is the best contractor anyone can hire. I want to tell you a story about my basement remodeling. My basement was removed due to mold remediation and needed to have the basement redone. I hired a contractor who was recommended to me. This contractor I found out later was a private contractor charged me $12,000.00 and said he would finish in 10 days. Three months later the basement was not even one third done and he scammed me out or $10,000.00. I finally had to fire him and get a reputable contractor. I am glad I found John. He was very sympathetic towards my experience and was very supportive toward what I needed. His crew of four men came to my house every day and worked hard each day. They were professional courteous and knowledgeable about my project everything the private was not. The job was quoted at a vey discounted price because John said I was already scammed out of money. He was here everyday with the crew and kept me apprised of what was going on everyday. My job was completed in the 10 days John quoted and the job was excellent. I am going to hire him for other jobs in my house and you should do also. I am a senior and John was always aware of the situation I was in. The work quality, professionalism value and punctuality can not be matched. Wish I could give him 10 stars in this review. Thank you John

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to give a quote without first seeing the particulars with the project. Roofing and siding are the exceptions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet with them at their convenience. To ensure them that we are the right guys for the job. To make them feel comfortable in their choice and go the extra mile to please them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction trade for almost 13 years. Trained as a trim carpenter and than roofing and siding for a number of years.
