Introduction: I have over 40 years experience as a "home engineer". I have repaired, assembled, hung, installed and maintained almost anything that needs to be done in a home, and done correctly. I do work for the town of Huntington in the Residential Repair Division. This program allows seniors to stay in their homes by having us complete jobs for them that they can no longer do on their own. One of my greatest pleasures is to have a satisfied customer from a job well done.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I base my pricing on experience and capability. Each job is different and requires individual pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will call them and discuss their project in as much detail as possible, so when they hire me, we both will pretty much understand the full scope of the project with no hidden surprises for either of us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a former licensed Home Inspector, I work for the Town of Huntington in the Senior Residential Repair program, and I am a Field tech for UTS, which handles warranty work for Pella, Anderson and other door and window companies
