- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on experience and capability. Each job is different and requires individual pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call them and discuss their project in as much detail as possible, so when they hire me, we both will pretty much understand the full scope of the project with no hidden surprises for either of us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former licensed Home Inspector, I work for the Town of Huntington in the Senior Residential Repair program, and I am a Field tech for UTS, which handles warranty work for Pella, Anderson and other door and window companies
