FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in engineering / construction management and 22 years of on the job experience working on multi million dollar city / state / government projects. Starting from a laborer to carpenter to superintendent and eventually project manager. During those earlier years I had worked with many different style carpenters and learned the trade and also found my love for building and creating with my hands.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out in the construction industry working for my fathers commercial contracting business when I was 16 years old
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent project that I truly enjoyed was transforming a cluttered garage into a home gym. The garage was an absolute mess and filled from floor to ceiling. Try he project started by filling removing and sorting between what was garbage and what the owner wanted to be saved. Reorganized all tools and items the the owner was keeping into the existing shed and / or attic. Then once completely emptied, shackled the walls, fully painted the drillings and walls, applied doozy floor system. At this point I installed the owner supplied rubber floor system and assembled all gym equipment. Also mounted the larger mirrors and gym equipment accessory racks and organization mounts. I really enjoyed this project because of how much of a transformation it was and the fact that I created a new space for someone to begin a new journey of health and growth.
