I am a trained psychotherapist,LCSW for over 30 years. I own and run an out patient mental health center in new york that specializes in Eating disorders , and all of our therapists have over 15 yrs of experience working with wide variety of populations.. I have specialities in anxiety / panic disorder ,eating disorders , sex therapy , addiction , couples counseling, , OCD, ADD , PTSD . Im trained and certified in all these areas . Im also certified in Divorce mediation , EMDR, NLP, Experiential and Gestalt therapy , lLife Coaching , CBT , DBT , ACT , Trauma and solution focused therapy, family systems, meditation and relaxation techniques, vocational and career counseling , individual , family, and group therapy and Business enhancement, motivation and goal setting . I provide each individual , couple , family, and business with a unique and very individualized approach to treatment, after doing a comprehensive assessment of treatment needs , and providing a treatment plan to problem solve and best meet your goals . I am passionate about my work and feel privileged to be part of helping people grow , recover and change their lives . I read all the current research , get trained in the more current techniques , so I can continue to provide the highest level of care efficacy based treatment techniques to best mee each individual case .
