- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons for all ages are per trimester and rated for the following time increments: -$780/60 min. -$660/45 min. -(30 min. lessons only available for those 6 and younger) Tuition is per trimester and is due by the 15th of the month prior to the trimester. Lessons are in my home-based piano studio and online lessons are available for those farther than 30 miles away. You may be eligible for a discounted lesson tuition rate if there is more than one student in a household and the other students are within consecutive timeblocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get to know each other to determine your goals. I love working with new clients to determine their goals so that I may provide the proper scaffolding for them to achieve all of their aspirations. Students find me patient, engaging, and fun. I cannot enumerate how many times a "shy" student comes out of their shell with me (even students who are selectively mute), students who "don't practice" are suddenly practicing, etc. Students love coming to lessons and challenging themselves!
