Introduction: My work stands out from others for several reasons: My social and emotional intelligence; my ability to truly understand others and where they've been are at and want to go are singular. My work also stands out because of my partial role as an empowering "cheerleader", empowering confidence and capability ownership for my clients. My work also stands out from others because of my fact-based, measurable indicators of success, including number of days on average in a search until a position is found and average salary increase; for 2014 those numbers were 32.33 and 39.9%, respectively. But what most importantly differentiates me from other Career/Life Coaches is the empathy and wisdom of acquired from being downsized 3 times during tough economic times and the humanity I have from having lived a life filled with exceptional challenges. Empowering my clients' ability to discover how capable and competent and taking that self knowledge to drive a successful job search. :-)
