I want to help people realign physically, mentally, and emotionally within themselves .
I took a class in 2016 that allowed me to do that and it inspired me to learn more and naturally I want to share what I've learned.
Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.

My wife and I have been practicing with Rebecca for a couple years, we always look forward to our weekly class. We have learned alot from her and she has helped us stay calm and in shape!

This was a great experience especially due to me being a male and being out of my comfort zone. Rebecca was very assuring and helpful due to my shoulder injury. She shared stories of her training in Bali which amazed me and was able to translate what she learned there into our session. I highly recommend her to all ages male or female.
