I created Realign Within Yoga for you.
I want to help people realign physically, mentally, and emotionally within themselves .
I took a class in 2016 that allowed me to do that and it inspired me to learn more and naturally I want to share what I've learned.

Rebecca was wonderful! We had her come do a yoga session for my sister’s bachelorette party and she tended to everyone’s needs, and was pregnancy friendly :) Rebecca was super sweet and professional. Would definitely have her again!
