- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering for 20+ is usually $25pp including 3 courses, bread, salad and beverages. Catering for 20- is usually $28pp including 3 courses, bread, salad and beverages. Personal Lunches and Dinners$10-$15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My family and I do all of our advertising ourselves. Living in a small town our business is normally known through word of mouth. Therefore our first impression is through our superb customer service and our delicious tastings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I received my certificate in commercial cooking. I constantly stay up to date on the latest food trends as well as the classics.
