Amazing service! Had a major leak late night and they came right away and helped resolve our issue. Needed a lot of work done but they cleaned up all the water, replace the whole pipeline, unclogged our major drain and were very helpful, affordable, and very down to earth. 1000% will be using them going forward! Highly recommend!

The crew from Blaze really came thru for us last minute, yesterday. We had been dealing with a leaky pipe and a slow drain. They immediately responded to my quote request and were available 20 minutes later as they were finishing up another job nearby. They checked out our situation and assessed it, then made suggestions to fix it with a guarantee to not charge us if they couldn’t stop the leak. I’m not saying that’s the norm but for our situation they felt comfortable enough to offer that option. They fixed the leaky pipe and cleared the local clog. Unfortunately for us, we seem to have a deeper issue that will require specialized equipment to resolve it, but John kept in touch with me and tried to help me find an alternate plumber who could investigate further. I appreciate his honesty and follow up. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing issues! Honesty keeps me loyal.

These guys were awesome. John responded promptly, showed up on time, was way neater than I expected, clearly very knowledgeable, and fixed a problem that was making me miserable for the past couple of weeks that I hadn’t even called them for. Would definitely use these guys again.
