Ricki was terrific. Before coming confirmed the appointment by email and phone. Very nice personality. Very professional. Knew exactly what to do. Has a wide range of experience for putting together all sorts of exercise equipment. Not only did he put the equipment together but he made sure I knew how to use it and make seat and tension adjustments. An all-around pro.
