We had a leaking pipe in a shared wall damaged the floor in two active living rooms . Thankfully United team showed up quickly, around dinner time, sucked up the water, and stayed until all sheetrock & flooring was removed. Can't thank them enough.

I just saw the reviews...There was one with one star with no explanation....There is no way in hell this company would deserve that. I had a flood in my basement and these guys came in first with a team to mitigate the initial damage(humidifiers, air filters, and assessment of damage to the property)...These guys did this politely and respectfully and were very thorough. They kept in touch regarding the process and other repairs(that another company was doing unrelated)to do rip out and then did a two day rip out job for all the damaged materials. The two guys that came worked incredibly hard, cleaned up completely, were as polite, friendly, and respectful as could be. I am 49 years old. Probably the best service(despite an awful situation) I have ever received.

I had water damage in my attic from an HVAC issue. When we went up into the space we discovered a healthy amount of mold everywhere. I called United Water Restoration for a quote to perform remediation. Phil and his team responded very quickly to assess the situation. He reviewed the mold reports I had received and gave me a detailed description of what the job would entail along with a breakdown of equipment and processes. I hired them to do the work, aside from being very professional and punctual, he was able to provide all of the documentation I needed to submit to the insurance company and really went above and beyond to facilitate the repair and reconstruction of other issues that arose beyond the original scope of work. Home repair can be incredibly stressful, but Phil and his team were truly some of the best contractors I've ever worked with.

Awesome experience!!!!! ..Very professional team lead & crew from beginning to end. They were prompt & thorough with all aspects of service delivery. Water leak from second floor down to basement required moving furniture, demolition and cleanup. The crew was meticulously informative, neat, protective of surroundings and cautiously cleaned up. A pleasure to work withI would highly recommend them in a heart beat!!!!
