- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, all of our pricing is per job, not per hour. You know what you are paying before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to have an on site visit. We charge a $39.00 dispatch fee and that includes having the tech come out to the residence, diagnosing what repairs need to be make, going over the work with the customer, writing an estimate and answering all questions the customer may have. When the customer approves the estimate and moves forward with the work, that initial fee of $39.00 gets waived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Criminal Justice and worked my way through college expanding my knowledge of the plumbing industry.
