- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a one-person company so my rates are fairly priced. If the event is outside of the 50-mile radius to where I reside, a travel fee will be included in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the new customer to discuss the specs for the event or speaking on the phone. A contract would need to be signed with a 50% down payment. I would like to have the customer send me a preferred song list that they would definitely like to hear at their event. It would be best to have that list to me a month before the actual date of the event in order for me to obtain the music.
