James was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable and professional . He went through the rooms in the house with a fine toothed comb and sealed all possibly entry points for pests. He moved my appliances so that he could access and treat all parts of the house. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
