- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide estimates for all of our handyman and home improvement services. To better understand your needs, we’ll visit your home and evaluate the project. We also offer special discounts for first-time customers to show our appreciation. Our pricing is highly competitive, and we provide a variety of service packages designed to fit different budgets and project sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at the customer’s location, we conduct a detailed assessment of the project—whether it involves bathroom or kitchen renovations, drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, or electrical and plumbing work. After evaluating the scope of the job, we provide the best possible price. If the customer agrees with the estimate, we proceed with the service right away or schedule the project at a convenient time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are skilled handyman professionals with hands-on training and extensive practical experience. Our background working on real homes and renovation projects has given us the knowledge and skills required to handle a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, drywall, flooring installation, cabinet work, plumbing repairs, electrical fixes, and general home improvements.
