On February 16 at approximately 3:30 PM, Kai Willis came to my property to provide a quote. During that visit, he confirmed that the locks I had purchased would work for the installation.

Subsequently, he advised that the locks would not work.

Based on that statement, I returned to Home Depot and initiated a FaceTime call with him from the store. During that FaceTime call, he again confirmed that the locks would in fact work.

Despite these confirmations:
1. He later requested that I Zelle him funds for alternative locks he claimed to purchase.
2. I paid him in good faith.
3. He installed Parker locks that are currently inoperable.
4. He retained one of the keys to the Parker lock.
5. He left the job without completing the contracted work.
6. He has not returned calls to resolve the matter.
7. He has not provided receipts for the locks he claimed to purchase.
