FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the quality of work, reliability, and attention to detail I bring to each job. I provide clear, upfront quotes so you know exactly what to expect no hidden fees. While I may not be the lowest-priced option, I focus on delivering dependable, high-quality results that last. I offer a 10–15% labor discount for military members, veterans, first responders, and government employees as a thank you for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, I respond as quickly as possible—especially for emergency calls. I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the issue and get you scheduled right away. I come prepared with the tools and common parts needed to handle most HVAC and plumbing problems on the spot, so in many cases the issue can be fixed the same day. Once onsite, I diagnose the problem, explain what’s going on, and go over the solution and pricing before starting any work. My goal is to get things fixed quickly and done right the first time. After the job is completed, I make sure everything is working properly and that you’re satisfied before wrapping up. All of our work receives at least 1-4 years of warranty included. New installs receive up to 6-10 years warranty
