FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, and the level of cleaning needed (standard vs. deep). We offer discounts for recurring service: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings are priced lower than one-time visits. Any add-on services (like inside oven/fridge, windows, laundry, or heavy-duty areas) are quoted separately. There may be an extra fee for same-day/last-minute bookings, excessive pet hair, or homes that require significant extra time beyond a standard clean. We always confirm the final price upfront before your appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new customer is simple and clear: Initial inquiry & details The customer reaches out by phone, text, email, or online form. We collect the basics: home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, type of clean needed (standard, deep, move-in/out), preferred schedule, and any special requests. Quote & scope confirmation We provide an upfront estimate based on the information given and explain what’s included. If anything might affect the price (extra bathrooms, heavy buildup, pets, add-ons), we review that before booking. Booking & reminders Once they approve the estimate, we schedule the service and send a confirmation with the date/time, expected duration, and prep tips (like securing pets or putting away valuables). Arrival & walkthrough On the first visit, we do a quick walkthrough (in person or by notes/photos if they won’t be home) to confirm priorities and any areas needing extra attention. Cleaning service We complete the cleaning based on the agreed scope, using our checklist to ensure consistency. We focus on the customer’s priorities first. Final check & customer approval We do a final walkthrough or send completion photos. If anything needs touching up, we address it right away. Payment & follow-up Payment is collected after service. We follow up to confirm they’re happy, note preferences for future visits, and offer a recurring schedule if they want ongoing service. Ongoing relationship For recurring clients, we keep notes on your home and preferences so each clean is faster, smoother, and more personalized over time.
