Black Spectrum Theatre Co., Inc. was in need of immediate assistance with various computer issues. Was lucky to locate Mike after hours of googling on line and those I had contacted prevously, was unable to assist at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time to provide the services. Upon notification, Mike came in the next day and resolved the immediate issues that had interrupted our ability to operate and was able to upgrade, network and provide all the tech support that we needed. He event went a step further and resolved the issue of numerous unwrapped cords that was hanging all over the place. He will, going forward, be our "off site" technician for all of our computer issues. And most important, he was affordable. Thanks, for a job well done. BSTC

I have dealt with Mike a number of times. Every experience has been excellent. I have found Mike to be completely reliable, knowledgable, responsive, and very reasonable in his prices.
