We decided to put our house on the market and needed someone fast to replace the roof for us. We found Amir and his crew on Yelp and was skeptical at first but we were so amazed after working with them. Amir gave us a super competitive quote and then came and completed our roof on a 1770 square foot house within a day. The quality was great and they also checked our balcony for free to help us with our water leaking issue. He then gave us another super competitive quote to fix it in a short time even my real estate agent was surprised at the quality and pricing after working in the real estate business for over 15 years. We highly recommend Amir and his crew!

Homeslea was hired to complete a TOTAL update of our 1952 single story stucco house in order to create a contemporary open concept common living area and new practical and less compartmentalized spaces. This required removing existing bearing walls, pouring new foundations, and placing 6 steel posts to support the entire roof. Demolition was down to the studs, making it necessary for us to vacate the premises for 6 full months until completion.
Two months prior to construction, Amir and Zaheer provided sound advice by prompting us to begin researching/purchasing the hardware and finishes for the house. Everything from faucets to tiles had been selected by the time demolition started!
Having experienced 2 other additions and given the extent of our project, we were on site 6 days during the week...as were the Homeslea crew! They arrived early and worked full days...and were very easy to work with. As with any large project, there were some glitches...but Amir or his project manager were just a phone call away and the issues were resolved quickly. We felt that Amir treated our remodel as if it was his home...which we deeply appreciated. He was totally invested in our renovation and was as excited as we were at each benchmark.
Kudos to Amir/Zaheer and Homeslea team for delivering services and expertise above the contract throughout the term of our project. Zaheer was able to get a huge discount on interior for us. We have received nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen them! And, although the remodel involved only 80% of the house, to ensure a uniform look, they installed new exterior stucco as well as interior drywall for the entire house. Lastly, Homeslea employs an expert cabinet stainer who created gorgeous custom finishes on our wood beams, cabinets, and window trims.
In the end, our experience with Homeslea was great. We absolutely love our new house!
