- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are estimated on-site and over the phone . Over the phone is only a guesstimate price! We can Negotiate a fair price that meets the customers budget, discretionary. And there are discounts available for service work ,rough-in wire , low voltage installations etc. Any job exceeding 24hrs (3 standard business days/ 8 hrs per day) have the option to accept charges by an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My focus is connecting with my customers through out the whole duration of the project. To welcome them with a warm greeting, and to meet every demand that is brought to my attention , even in addition to the primary work . Leaving them satisfied and happy is my goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Apex technical school certification in basic electric to advanced electrical work. I have 13 years of experience with 10 years of field experience. have my scaffolding, OSHA 30, and fire alarm S-95 certification. etc.
