Excellent experience with Anthony. He was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time (actually early!), and spent a long time with us carefully diagnosing the problems, explaining them to us, and reviewing our options. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful, going above and beyond with his repair at a very reasonable price. We definitely plan to work with Anthony again the next time we need appliance repair!

They're excellent. They made a diagnostic visit quickly in an emergency and evaluated our needs perfectly. No pressure, no hard sales technique, no awkward situations which are all too common with new professionals. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, neat and a good guy. He diagnosed my washing machine's problem quickly. Ordered the part and had it overnighted, went to pickup it up and installed it the next dat. His communication and punctuality were perfect and he understood we needed the machine fixed quickly and properly. I would highly reccomend someone using him to fix almost anything.
